Mechanical Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced mechanical project coordinator to support and manage diverse portfolios of mechanical fabrication and fitting related projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, staging and managing each aspect of the project lifecycle.

Liaising with internal and external resources is essential for developing customer requirement specifications, defining scope of work, engaging in design review and handover expectations and deliverables. Ensuring accurate technical specifications and tenders are developed for contractors covering all pre-work, shut work, and commissioning tasks.

  • Developing comprehensive project documentation including drawings, manuals, data sheets, part lists, cataloguing and punch lists completed and received from project teams to maintenance teams.
  • Providing technical advice, commissioning, and post-commissioning support during project handovers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with site supervision and industrial project management in similar environments, along with an understanding or experience in interpreting structural fabrication drawings and welding processes.
