Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team. The role will involve coordinating and managing projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project scope development, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer requirement specifications.
  • Develop technical specifications and tenders for contractors.
  • Ensure project documentation is completed, including drawings, manuals, and data sheets.
  • Provide technical advice, commissioning, and post-commissioning support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fabrication or mechanical fitting background, either through a trade qualification, diploma, or degree.
  • An understanding of structural fabrication drawings and welding processes.
  • The ability to influence peers and colleagues to meet operational requirements.
  • Experience with plant process, equipment problem-solving, and reliability improvement.
  • Familiarity with document control and reporting processes.
