As Commercial Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping commercial positions and contract strategies, working closely with project teams to secure optimal terms and conditions across various contract types.

This exciting role requires a highly skilled commercial and contract professional with extensive experience in pre-award contract negotiations. You will bring in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, regulations, and industry trends, as well as a proven track record of negotiating high-value, complex infrastructure contracts. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, and adept problem-solving abilities will be essential in effectively managing business risks and developing successful contract strategies.

You will collaborate closely with key advisors and specialist consultants, including internal and external legal counsel. Travel within Australia and occasionally internationally may be required to engage with stakeholders and coordinate project activities.
