Renewable Energy Engineering Opportunity

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team in the mining, infrastructure utilities and manufacturing industries.

You will influence the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation. Help us achieve a sustainable future while enabling our clients and their customers achieve their energy transition objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of current Electrical Engineering experience,
  • Design exposure to LV and HV system design and cable sizing, Cable management system, protection systems, substations, motor controls and switchboards,
  • Power systems modelling using software; Power tools for Windows (PTW), eTap and Power Cad 5. Experience with DigSILENT Power Factory would be well regarded.
  • Testing and commissioning experience (FAT, SAT) will be added value,
  • Experience with engineering works in mining and/or infrastructure and/or Utilities,
  • Exposure to generating study reports, scopes of work, equipment specifications and datasheets will be added value.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD and/or Micro station drawing packages will be added value.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and to our standards,
  • Ability to maintain engineering standards across all designs and projects,
  • Be willing to work onsite to support clients and perform project tasks.
