The role of Administrative Manager is pivotal to the smooth operation of our business as we embark on a period of exciting growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administration, improving systems and processes, coordinating resources, and keeping the office organised.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily office operations, including systems and supplies.
  • Handle vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Develop and maintain administrative procedures and workflows.
  • Support financial functions, including budgets, expenditure approvals, and reporting.
  • Coordinate communication, including emails, reports, and internal documentation.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, records, and leave management.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, office management, or a similar role in a small business environment. They will possess strong organisational and communication skills, be comfortable working independently and making decisions, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
