Lead the Way in Credit Control

Our vision is to make work easier and life better for employees. To achieve this, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Lead who will elevate our credit control function from an operational necessity to a strategic enabler of growth.

This hands-on leadership role will set the strategic direction for credit control while driving day-to-day outcomes. As Credit Control Lead, you will be responsible for taking ownership of collections, resolving disputes, improving billing accuracy, and optimising processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop our Senior Credit Manager
  • Balance effective cash collection with strong customer relationships

Key performance indicators will include monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as DSO, overdue debt, billing disputes, and forecasted collections. You will prepare insights and recommended actions for the CFO and leadership team.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of running credit control in a SaaS or subscription-based business. You should have experience using ERP/finance systems and CRM/billing tools. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate your ability to drive automation and workflow efficiencies, as well as possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
