Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Recovery and Resolution Strategist to support high-impact risk initiatives in Group Treasury. This is a 24-month fixed term opportunity to drive change and shape the future of recovery and resolution planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of risk management and the regulations applicable to banks. Exposure to capital, recovery and exit planning, resolution planning, or stress testing processes would be highly regarded.

About the Role

  • Oversight, guidance, and challenge across the Group's Recovery, Exit and Resolution Planning processes
  • Contribution to regulatory submissions, and help shaping the future of risk management through data-driven insights and collaborative execution

Key Requirements

  • Experience in banking or financial services with a strong understanding of risk management and bank regulations
  • Exposure to capital, recovery and exit planning, resolution planning, or stress testing processes
