Position Overview:

As Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the company scales efficiently while remaining financially sound. This is an exciting role for a strategic finance professional eager to impact a dynamic, fast-paced company. The role involves driving financial planning, working closely with executives, and leading the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support company growth.
• Develop financial strategies to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and optimise cash flow.
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO on financial decisions and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and corporate governance.
• Oversee financial reporting and present statements to stakeholders and the board.
• You are still able to create your own financial models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of financial management experience, ideally in a tech startup.
• Expertise in M&A, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of 4.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
