Job Description

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of delivering complex managed services and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Telco/IT Managed Services and be able to drive innovation and continuous improvement within our delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition of major SDWAN, Cloud/SASE projects by developing and executing project plans, conducting stakeholder meetings, and ensuring all relevant project risks and issues are identified and mitigated.
  • Manage project lifecycle from kick-off to closure, ensuring alignment with project scope, delivery, and objectives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects by prioritizing and managing resources efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leading complex telecommunications projects, end-to-end, with Prince2 and ITIL accreditation.
  • Hands-on expertise in delivering large scale SD-WAN solutions and other Telco infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record managing data centre and cloud transformations, including security features and cloud-native applications.
