Key Responsibilities

  • Organize the daily operations of a food and beverage team ensuring efficient day-to-day operation.
  • Deliver 5-star service quality across all F&B areas including restaurants, bars and in-room dining.
  • Lead by example, motivate and coordinate the food and beverage team to exceed guest expectations.
  • Communicate feedback and key information to the leadership team.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Conduct training sessions to align with premium brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu implementation and delivery.
  • Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in food and beverage preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
  • Enthusiasm for high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in staff rostering and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership and team working skills.
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and resolve guest complaints.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead highly motivated and engaged teams.
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations inventory and ordering.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
