Desktop Support Specialist Role

As a key member of our small IT team, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support functions for all desktop and laptop PCs, smartphones, and other hardware items.

The Job Description:
  • Provide technical assistance to employees with their desktop and laptop equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to design and deploy images and applications through Microsoft Intune.
  • Assist and support with M365, SharePoint, and other software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a register of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Escalate 3rd level support issues to a contracted managed services provider.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of strong experience providing technology support.
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
