  • Provide expert advice and produce high-quality reports for senior executives.\
  • Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational policies and processes.\
  • Foster regular internal and external stakeholder engagement to deliver timely, strategic solutions.\
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve challenges.\
  • Apply effective communication and interpersonal skills to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Utilise strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive organisational success.\
  • Draw on knowledge of educational policies and procedures to inform decision-making.\
  • Bring experience in operations management and service design to this leadership role.\
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organisation's goals and objectives.\
  • Contribute to the development of the organisation's overall strategy and direction.\
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.\
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives to drive results.\
