The Centre
Located in a beautiful suburb just on the outskirts of Adelaide's CBD, this community centre is known for its unique and progressive approach to early childhood education. With inviting natural learning spaces and strong community connections, the team creates an inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to learn and grow.
Led by a long-standing and supportive Director, the centre operates with a non-hierarchical team culture, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Staff turnover here is very low, making this a rare opportunity to join their dedicated team.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma qualified Room Leaderin a permanent full-time role. You'll enjoy set shifts Monday to Friday, providing stability and consistency in your week.
As Room Leader, you'll guide and support a small team of educators, contribute to program planning, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the curriculum. This centre places strong emphasis on educator wellbeing, offering professional development, regular non-contact programming time, and above-award pay.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • Have strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with children and families
You will also need (or be willing to obtain):
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • CPR & First Aid certification
  • Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
