Rare leadership opportunity to work with our two boutique family-run early learning centres.

This is a recently established role within our business; blending the Educational Leader role, with a newly created Assistant Director position, to support our Centre Manager in leading our two small centres in Hallett Cove.

We are looking for a passionate leader, with experience in long day care centres. A perfect fit to bring exciting ideas to our wonderful small teams.

The candidate will require their Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or be actively working towards their qualification and currently have their Diploma of Early Childhood Services and Care.

Our small company is owned and operated by early childhood consultant, Tracey Thornhill, who is committed to delivering the highest quality of care and education and as such, this role is an above-ratio position. You will work across both centres, that have been beautifully renovated and designed to create calm and peaceful environments for our children and educators. You will receive leadership training and mentoring, to ensure you are supported to be successful in your role. Tracey believes in the value of her team and rightfully pays above award, in addition to the Worker's Retention Payment of 10% above award, Tracey also pays Christmas bonuses and holds staff events throughout the year.

ABOUT YOU:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

·       Early Childhood Teacher trained (or working towards)

·       SA Teachers Registration or TRB Authority to Teach letter

·       A Valid Working with Children Check

·       Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
