What You'll Be Doing

- Lead residential lease management with precision and care
- Oversee property transitions – moves, changes, exits – with seamless execution
- Drive capital works projects from concept to completion
- Solve facilities challenges with agility and insight
- Support long-term property strategy and network planning
- Build strong supplier relationships and manage contracts with transparency
- Own the budgeting process and ensure performance aligns with financial goals
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards
- Recommend and implement improvements to property practices and policies

What You Bring

- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, or related field
- 5–7 years of property management experience (residential preferred)
- Full, unrestricted driver's licence
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
