Community Development Specialist

This is a highly sought-after role in our team, where you will be responsible for coordinating multiple Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects across Victoria.
- We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can assist in the coordination of these projects from start to finish.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate end-to-end documentation, compliance, contractor engagement and project reporting;
- Monitor timelines, variations, and procurement schedules;
- Support contract administration and documentation tracking;
- Work closely with our Project Managers and delivery team to ensure high-quality community-led homes are delivered on time and to standard;
- 2–4 years' experience in project coordination;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders clearly and professionally;
- Knowledge of residential builds, social housing, or SDA compliance (ideal);
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation platforms;
