Key Responsibilities:- Program governance and strategic planning
- Specialist training and support services
- Program content updates and quality assurance
- A Certificate IV in AOD, Mental Health, Peer Work, Training & Assessment, or a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, or other Allied Health fields.
- Experience in group facilitation, training delivery, and program coordination.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and working across the AOD, mental health, or social services sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client database systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
