We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as Business Development Director. In this leadership role, you will oversee a dedicated team and drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities in alignment with corporate growth strategy.
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads from initial contact through to contract execution.
- Expand business within existing accounts by identifying unmet client needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of clinical trial operations and experience navigating complex client organisations.
A key aspect of this position is developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business.
