Accounting and Financial Transaction Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to process accounts and manage financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, strong data entry skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Verify and classify financial transactions, including verifying invoices and bank deposits.
  • Prepare bills and reconciliations for both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor statements and ledgers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in accounting or finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Data entry skills along with attention to detail.
