We are seeking an experienced professional to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling daily hotel revenue between Opera, POS and SAP, reviewing revenue adjustments and reports, ensuring accuracy of daily sales reports, and verifying Night Audit reconciliations and reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling daily transactions between accounting systems
  • Reviewing financial reports and identifying discrepancies
  • Ensuring accuracy of daily financial statements
  • Actioning variances in revenue and covers
  • Verifying night audit reconciliations and reports

In addition, the Financial Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Entering bank entries in SAP
  • Assisting with balance sheet reconciliation at month end
  • Managing cash and bank transactions
