Financial Transactions Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the meticulous recording of financial transactions in our cloud-based accounting system. Your attention to detail and proficiency in Xero will ensure seamless operations and accurate record-keeping.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and dispatching invoices and receipts to debtors, conducting bank reconciliations, and addressing discrepancies with timely resolution.
You will also collaborate closely with support coordinators and stakeholders to guarantee participants have sufficient funds and up-to-date service agreements/consent forms.
The Financial Transactions Coordinator plays a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.
Qualifications and Requirements- Completed or currently completing a TAFE Accounting/Bookkeeping certificate and/or higher qualification.
- Previous experience in an accounts-related role, preferably with knowledge of the NDIS billing system.
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with an in-depth understanding of the NDIS billing system, funding categories, and price guidelines.
