About the Role- Manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic interventions.
- Provide speech pathology services in schools, homes, and communities.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on client assessments.
- Assess clients' communication and swallowing abilities using clinical observations and standardized tools.
- Recommend assistive technology to enhance clients' independence.
- Possess a positive, proactive approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain regular contact with all stakeholders.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Qualified Speech Pathologist with degree-level education.
- Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
