Job Overview:
The Asset Protection role is responsible for conducting inspections of sites associated with building or construction activity. It involves enforcing Council's Local Laws and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive and reactive site inspections to enforce Council's Local Laws
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Represent Council positively out in the field
- Manage time effectively to achieve key deliverables
Requirements:
- Demonstrated asset protection awareness and understanding
- Demonstrated communication skills, including conflict resolution skills and techniques
- Interpersonal skills and capacity to contribute effectively within the team
- Ability to manage your time effectively
- Relevant experience in planning or local law enforcement desirable
This is a fixed term position working Monday to Friday, totalling 38 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
