We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to lead projects in the water infrastructure sector, including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, and more.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects with varying sizes and scopes. They will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and developing their team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation and proactively develop team members.
- Support budget management processes and collaborate with senior project managers to optimize costs.
- Build strong relationships across design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An engineering qualification with substantial experience managing civil projects on capital infrastructure.
- Project management certification and RPEQ or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic contracting service-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
