Bechtel, a global leader in project management, engineering, procurement and construction, has been selected by WSA Co as its Delivery Partner for the Western Sydney Airport, a $5.3 billion greenfield facility in Badgerys Creek, New South Wales. This will be a landmark project for the both New South Wales and Australia, and is due for completion at the end of 2026.

**About the Project**

**Role Summary**

Short Term Position for up to seven months, responsible for the management of Transaction Services within Ansarada Data Room for the procurement of a contract package. The Transaction Manager will provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager and Client Representatives throughout the procurement Lifecyle through to award of the contract package.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the provision of transaction services and management of procurement documentation, correspondence, addenda's via Ansarada Data Room.
- Undertaking compliance checks on Tender Submissions with Commercial Manager / Client Representative
- Coordination of Tenderer interactives, meetings, presentations to support Commercial Manager and Client Representative including administrative support in booking working spaces and meeting rooms for attendees.
- Coordinate and support Commercial Manager (if required) in undertaking assessments of Contractors financial stability and performance relative to the Package.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Procurement Team as required and directed relative to the procurement.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering desirable, Registration of Licensing Preferred.
- Experience in management of Data Rooms (preference for Ansarada experience)
- High quality in written communications, editing and drafting of correspondence to tenderers.
- Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry procurement practices, applicable government and commercial regulations and practices, and Bechtel policies, procedures and work practices.
