Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial strategy, promotional planning, and execution across online platforms
  • Optimise performance while building scale across Marketplace and Shopify
  • Partner cross-functionally to embed fresh thinking and uplift digital capability
  • Build strong customer relationships to deliver against ambitious growth plans
Qualifications and Skills
  • FMCG or consumer background with a proven track record
  • Experience across Chemist Warehouse via Omnivore, Marketplace platforms, and Shopify
  • Strong commercial acumen understanding category levers, promo planning, and the digital shelf
  • Strategic yet hands-on mindset with entrepreneurial drive and confidence to challenge the status quo
