About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your trade expertise and industry connections to build strong relationships with clients, drive account growth, and facilitate service delivery. As a commercial relationship manager, you will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, generating new business through sales calls and referrals, managing and growing a client portfolio in the electrical field, and identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand client base.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through effective communication, site visits, and understanding client needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Trade Expertise: Electrical trade knowledge and industry experience to effectively connect with clients and identify business opportunities.
- Experience in Sales: Experience in sales, account management or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- A Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service.
