About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Commercial Sales team at Dell GmbH. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our Medium Business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Account Management: You will be responsible for selling Dell's products and services to Medium Business customers, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, expectations, and requirements are met at all times.
  3. Forecasting and Planning: You will project weekly forecasting of sales and stay up-to-date with product and/or contract renewal dates to prepare for the next round of product evaluations and purchase.
  4. Quotations and Orders: You will assist in the preparation of timely and accurate quotations/orders to meet customer requests.
  5. Industry Awareness: You will maintain awareness of the PC and IT industry, including new products, competitors' products, and pricing.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT sales.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and forecasts.
  4. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work well within a team.
  5. Customer Service: Strong customer service ethic, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Negotiation and Sales Skills: Well-developed negotiation and sales persuasion skills, with the ability to consultatively sell Dell's products and services.

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive, locally competitive benefits package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 AUD.
