Job Title: Nursing - Educators, Facilitators & Trainers -

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care at our clinic in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, managing chronic diseases, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Clinical Environment: Uphold standards of hygiene and patient safety by maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
  • Managing Chronic Diseases: Provide ongoing care and support to patients with chronic conditions, including managing chronic diseases and developing individualized care plans.
  • Performing Various Procedures: Perform a variety of procedures, including wound care, iron infusions, ear syringing, vaccinations, injections, and ECGs.
  • Conducting Health Assessments and Screenings: Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with Clinic Staff: Collaborate with other clinic staff and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
  • Liaising with Community Services: Liaise with community services and external healthcare providers to facilitate referrals and coordinate patient care as needed.
  • Ensuring Proper Sterilization and Maintenance: Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment according to clinic protocols.
  • Providing Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing for Registered Nurses, Diploma of Nursing for Enrolled Nurses.
  • Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the [State/Country] Nursing Board.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a clinic or similar healthcare setting preferred.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Effectively: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
