About the Role

As a national operations manager, you will be responsible for leading operational teams and ensuring achievement of company goals. This exciting opportunity exists within the records and information management field.

  • Full management of all operational matters, coordination, and reporting on national operational issues.
  • Responsibility for overall service delivery, presentation, and compliance to safety and security standards.
  • Providing strategic guidance and direction while managing teams.
  • Maintaining quality service delivery to clients at all times.
  • Overseeing vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Preparing and developing operational plans in conjunction with regional leaders and financial teams.
  • Conducting monthly meetings to discuss performance, results, and developments within the business.
  • Responsible for aspects of warehousing environments, including their future development, security, and integrity.
  • Analysis and measurement of labor performance and productivity.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in managing organizations with similar functions or roles.
  • Proven ability at a similar level of responsibility with a focus on cost-effective delivery of services.
  • High-level managerial, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to be flexible and perform under pressure.
  • A strong understanding of business principles, organizational procedures, and management practices.
  • Understanding and experience in delivering productivity principles.
  • Project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with people at all levels.
  • A passion to provide excellence in customer service and client delivery outcomes.
