Our client is looking for a great Marketing Growth Manager.

Are you a strategic and results-driven Marketing Growth Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity?

Our client is a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding company based right here in Perth, is seeking a talented individual to join the team. We are on a mission to innovate within our industry and need a passionate expert to lead our growth initiatives.

This role is for a proactive and analytical marketing professional who thrives on building and executing data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the entire marketing funnel, from acquisition and activation to retention and revenue.

You'll be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, implementing creative campaigns, and measuring their impact to ensure we achieve our ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to identify key trends, measure campaign performance, and inform strategic decisions.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Who We're Looking For:

• A seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in a growth-focused marketing role.
• Someone with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A creative problem-solver who isn't afraid to test new ideas and take calculated risks.
• A self-starter with a passion for growth and a desire to make a significant impact.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in growth/strategy roles
• Experience with leadership and managing teams
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs
• Experience with cross-channel campaigns
• Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, email, content, and analytics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Global marketing experience
