Job Title:

About the Role:

The Product Manager will play a crucial leadership role in driving product strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs.

  • This includes defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver innovative products and features.
  • The Product Manager will also conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Gathering customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align product development efforts with business objectives.
  • Product development and execution: lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
  • Market research and analysis: conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Customer focus and user experience: champion customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Performance monitoring and optimization: define KPIs to track product performance and monitor product usage, customer feedback, and revenue metrics to optimize products continuously.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a leadership role within product development.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Experience in the tech industry or relevant sectors, with a focus on delivering innovative, customer-centric products.
