**Product Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking a Product Leader to drive our product and feature development from inception to support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Understanding customer problems and defining solutions to address them.
  • Developing product specifications and feature descriptions.
  • Working with stakeholders to elicit and manage requirements.
  • Developing product roadmaps.

**Requirements:**

Australian Citizenship is required for this role, as it necessitates eligibility for NV1 defence clearance. Tertiary qualifications in a STEM, financial markets or business field are also essential.

**Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis or systems engineering, with significant time spent in business requirements analysis, product definition, requirements engineering and end user engagement.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in developing products for the Financial/Banking sector.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

**Additional Requirements:**

This role requires Australian Citizenship and a University Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
