Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide high-quality consumer directed care services to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Assisting with general domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Participating in care plan development to ensure client needs are met
  • Recognizing and responding to changes in client condition and documenting accordingly

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III qualification in Individual Support or related field
  • Preferably 12 months experience working in the Home Care sector, particularly with Home Care Packages and CHSP funded care services
  • Willingness to embrace domestic care duties as part of your role
  • Genuine empathy with elderly clients and a passion for community service
