Dedicated Support Worker

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide quality care and support to our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centred care, utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
- a compassionate and flexible approach to effective patient care and management;
- excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve;
- a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care;
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care;
- proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
