About the RoleAs a Personal Support Specialist, you will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation. You will help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs
NDIS Clearance and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate are desirable qualifications, but not essential.
