About This RoleThis leadership position will spearhead the Future System Studies team in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions to address complex power system challenges.

- Develop and maintain advanced power system study capabilities, tools, models, and future state cases for technical investigations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise approaches that resolve pressing technical issues and facilitate timely action across industry.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in large power system operation and planning, along with experience in building and managing teams in complex technical settings.
They will also demonstrate excellent analytical, communication and project management skills, with the ability to drive innovation and change, and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
