Job Description:

Our team provides allied health, occupational health and safety, and injury management services to various regions. We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need of rehabilitation.

The role involves applying clinical reasoning skills to support people who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support the journey from rehab to healing.

Your responsibilities may include conducting assessments, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing rehabilitation plans. You will also have the opportunity to support clients who have sustained injuries from motor vehicle accidents or workplace incidents.

As part of our team, you will be working with a diverse group of professionals who share a common goal of enabling better lives for our employees and the communities we serve.

">Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Current unrestricted registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant industry body
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing
  • Strong clinical reasoning ability
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
