  • Manage finances effectively
  • Execute project acquisitions successfully
  • Oversee accounts receivable
  • Procure and manage subcontractor agreements
  • Coordinate shop drawings and submittals
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Implement safety and quality plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction and team collaboration
Required Skills
  • College degree in construction management or engineering
  • At least 10 years experience in construction, with a minimum of seven years in project management
  • Strong knowledge of the local area is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Procore is an advantage
