As an Education Coordinator - Community Development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a safe, effective and fun out-of-school-hours care service following our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist the coordinator in creating a calendar of inclusive, exciting and engaging programs that align with My Time Our Place Volume II principles.
  • You will become a trusted leader in the community, working closely with Y NSW families, schools and charity partners to turn our global mission into local action.
  • You will manage a dynamic team of Educators, helping everyone's individual growth and development.
  • You will oversee the daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring a healthy, safe and inclusive environment for children.
About You
  • You will be a driven and dedicated leader who brings energy and enthusiasm to everything you do.
  • You will have experience leading others and be able to critically reflect to develop innovative learning every day.
  • You will be available to supervise before and after school care hours, as well as vacation care.
  • You will hold a Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent.
