Senior Performance Marketing Leader

This role oversees the implementation of performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Paid Search, Google Shopping, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality traffic, new customer acquisition, and measurable growth.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of specialists and collaborate with external agencies to develop high-performing campaigns
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Align performance marketing strategy with business objectives and champion innovation
- At least 5 years of experience in SEO and performance marketing
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, SEM, and affiliate marketing
- Leadership experience in building high-performing teams
