Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Governance Professional to support our Board, CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising the Board and its Committees on governance matters along with close collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Drafting Board papers in relation to corporate governance issues.
  • All Company Secretary responsibilities, including ASX announcements and ASIC filing.
  • Coordinating the timely completion and despatch of Board and Committee papers and ensuring accurate Board and Committee minutes.
  • Regular and concise reporting to the CEO and Board, including ASX compliance and Quarterly / Annual reporting.
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to implement timely corporate compliance requirements and key corporate governance dates.

Requirements:

  • A professional demeanour, positive attitude and willingness to support the Board and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work to deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications coupled with experience in ASX listed companies working as a Company Secretary.
  • Chartered Secretary qualifications (desired).
  • Well-developed advisory, negotiation and reporting skills.
  • Well-developed capability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups.
  • Effective decision making and delegation skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality at all times.
