Job Description

This is a high-level consulting role requiring strong organizational governance skills, excellent organization and influencing skills, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will provide professional support to the Board Chair, Board members, Chief Executive, Board Committees, and Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile agendas, minutes, and reports for Board Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate committee logistics, including membership, entitlements, and committee-related requirements.
  • Manage overall governance and operational requirements for the Board.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational governance skills.
  • Excellent organizational and influencing skills.
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Experience in committee governance, including agenda preparation, meeting management, and minute taking.
