About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The role involves conducting detailed testing of technology products to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience quality. This includes:

  • Conducting front-end testing to validate the user interface and ensure it meets functional specifications.
  • Performing back-end data queries to validate system integrity, data accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collaborating with developers and business analysts to provide constructive feedback on code quality, technical implementations, and requirements alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Bachelors' degree
  • Minimum 3 years of testing/QA experience
  • A strong interest in and/or prior experience in financial services or regulated industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and adaptability
  • Basic proficiency in SQL querying for data validation and analysis
  • Understanding of test automation
