Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will work on complex projects, transformations, data migrations, and other programs utilizing various technologies including Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, Virtual Desktop infrastructure, and Cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse project requirements and technical specifications to understand the expected behaviour of software.
  • Create comprehensive test plans, including test cases, scenarios, and data needed for testing.
  • Execute tests manually or through automated tools, and document results and identify defects.
  • Report defects, including details on how to reproduce them, their severity, and priority.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a quality product.
  • Create and maintain documentation of tests, test results, and defect reports.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes don't break existing functionalities.
