About the Role

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Principal Cloud Operating Model Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us transition to a cloud-centric operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with organisational leadership and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for cloud adoption.
  • Assess the current IT operating model, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with cloud principles.
  • Design and propose cloud-centric operating models tailored to the organisation's goals and industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on technology and process optimisations to enhance cloud adoption.
  • Work closely with project teams and cross-functional groups to implement cloud operating model changes.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with cloud best practices.
  • Analyse and report on the success and impact of cloud operating model transformations.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, operating models and best practices.
  • Proven experience as a consultant, preferably in leading organisations through cloud operating model transformations.
  • Leadership and communication skills for effective interaction with organisational leadership, teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and optimise IT processes for cloud environments.
  • Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and drive consensus on cloud operating model changes.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-centric operating models aligned with organisational goals.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on evolving cloud technologies, operating models and industry best practices.
  • Understanding of security and compliance standards related to cloud operating models.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate and adjust to changing organisational requirements in cloud adoption.
