Personalised Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused individual to join our team as a Personalised Guest Experience Specialist. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for our clients and guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their every need is met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the ultimate source of knowledge about our building and its surroundings, ensuring everyone feels a sense of convenience, exclusivity, and belonging.
  • Proactively interact with people, making their experience exceptional.
  • Support the delivery of unforgettable customer experiences and events.
  • Organise charity fundraisers, surprise and delight moments, and other engaging activities.

This role requires periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout your workday.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment.
