Family Services Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will provide leadership and coordination support to a team of practitioners within the Orange Door. The role will work in partnership with the Orange Door Leadership team to develop and implement a high-quality, client-focused service response for families in need.
Within the integrated model, the Team Lead will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner organisations and agencies across the broader service system.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and coordination support to a team of practitioners.
- Work in partnership with the Orange Door Leadership team to develop and implement a high-quality, client-focused service response.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner organisations and agencies.
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience or related qualification.
- Significant management experience within child, youth and family welfare sector.
- Sound understanding of family and parenting issues.
- Commitment to working with marginalised groups.
