We are seeking a highly skilled leader in heavy mobile plant and road transport maintenance to join our team.

This role is based locally but may require occasional travel to remote sites to support projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading safe and cost-effective maintenance activities and operations across a range of mobile plant and road transport trucks & trailers.

  • ">
  • Lead by example and drive a culture of safety through effective leadership;">
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules within budget;">
  • Drive operational efficiency across all maintenance related activities;">
  • Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of plant and equipment for projects; and">
  • Provide effective leadership and supervision through 'on-the-ground' presence, direction, guidance, and feedback to teams and individuals.">

  • ">
  • Holding a valid drivers' license;">
  • A current Heavy Diesel Fitter Trade qualification;">
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role;">
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining Caterpillar, Hitachi mobile equipment; Kenworth and Mack Trucks, and ancillary gear;">
  • Previous civil/mining industry experience;">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance-related systems;">
  • Effective planning ability, time management, and prioritization skills;">
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with other employees, suppliers, and sub-contractors;">
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude;">
  • Desire to work in remote locations;">
  • A hands-on approach.">
