We specialize in delivering infrastructure projects across civil engineering, construction, and energy services.

The Project Scope

Our team will be responsible for constructing a significant section of the North-South Corridor, involving two tunnels and an open motorway. The project will cover approximately 10.5km, with a focus on meeting schedule, quality, and budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate heavy plant equipment for piling, foundations, and bridge construction.
  • Monitor utilisation, performance, and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Provide technical advice on plant selection, capabilities, and safe operating procedures.
  • Respond to breakdowns and support repairs, modifications, and upgrades.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics teams to manage plant operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, servicing, compliance, and utilisation.
  • Support lift studies, equipment planning, and WHS, environmental, and quality compliance.
  • Assist with procurement, supplier engagement, and forecasting plant requirements to align with construction programs.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years' experience in plant engineering, civil, or infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of heavy plant and equipment used in foundations and bridge construction.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plant specifications, and maintenance schedules.
  • Practical problem-solver with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Flexible and proactive, with a willingness to work across both site and office environments.
  • A strong safety-first mindset with knowledge of WHS standards and safe work practices.
